LaShonda Russell is a lifelong Shenandoah Valley resident and proudly calls Broadway, Virginia home. As a REALTOR® serving Broadway, Harrisonburg, Timberville, New Market, Waynesboro, and surrounding Shenandoah Valley communities, LaShonda is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, investors, and families confidently navigate the real estate process.

Before beginning her real estate career, LaShonda spent more than a decade building and operating a successful cleaning company. What started as a one-person operation grew into a thriving business with 15 employees serving hundreds of homeowners throughout the Valley. Through this experience, she gained firsthand insight into home preparation, organization, maintenance, staging, and the details that help properties stand out in the market.

In addition to business ownership, LaShonda served in ministry as both a Youth Pastor and Family Pastor. These roles strengthened her commitment to serving others, building meaningful relationships, and guiding people through some of life's most important transitions—skills that continue to benefit her real estate clients today.

LaShonda also brings valuable real estate investment experience to every transaction. She and her husband own and operate a successful short-term rental property in Waynesboro, Virginia, giving her firsthand knowledge of investment properties, vacation rentals, property management, maintenance coordination, and guest-ready home presentation. Through her husband's real estate photography business, she has also developed expertise in property marketing, professional photography, and the visual presentation techniques that help homes attract buyers and generate interest online.

Today, LaShonda works with buyers, sellers and within the Shenandoah Valley. Whether helping clients purchase their first home, sell a longtime property, or explore rental and vacation investment opportunities, she is committed to providing knowledgeable guidance and personalized service every step of the way.
